MSM cover-up

The way to find out whats going on is notice how well a story is covered. If there is virtually no information on a topic then I know I'm on the right track.
What is left out of the story is that the nurses in question are Jewish.
For prosecuters to charge Israel with a conspiracy, it takes two partys.
They found a second hospital in the Congo and there is even less information on that particular icident.
